| | President - Vikas Hawaldar | Vikas Hawaldar served as President for ICS 2009. |
 | | Vice President – Jignesh Kapdia |
| Jignesh Kapadia wore many hats during ICS 2009 year. As Vice President he was always available to pick any activity during the year. He vastly contributed to the success of all events not only by coordinating several activities but also by assisting others in many more activities. Additionally he looked after the important aspects like financial transactions, administrative formalities with government agencies, memberships details and sponsorships. He was also instrumental in building and maintaining communications with other Indian Organizations. |
 | | VP Public Relations – Jagan Vaid |
| Jagan Vaid diversified the reach of ICS and presented ICS to diverse commercial and public organizations and people from diverse communities. He brought big financial support to ICS and made it possible to make 2009 events in large scales. He was sole contributor to the majority of sponsorship which came to ICS in 2009. As a very senior member of the community as well as ICS Jagan Vaid provided his valuable guidance and encouragement to the team. He himself also was the primary sponsor for ICS during year 2009 and provided several other resources to ICS. |
 | | VP Publications – Shobhana Jain |
| Shobhana helped ICS for publications, editing and verifying the contents of ICS website. This year ICS had a great food coordination team. This team arranged for some delicious food in very well organized manner. Shobhana was part of this team for all the events this year. Shobhana also took care of fun activities like raffle during Diwali, color distribution during Holi. Being an experienced ICS committee member she provided valuable guidance in Diwali planning . |
 | Raj worked as secretary of ICS. He made very valuable contribution In management of membership data. He converted the paper based members database into a computer based database. He developed a well managed e-mail distribution mechanism and managed this e-mail group during 2009. This was very time consuming and tedious activity. He also lead the very tedious activity of 2010 membership data. Raj also lead the management of membership desks in each event. All activities Raj managed during year 2009 gave a new face to data management activity of ICS. |
 | | Treasurer – Shalini Sharma | As treasurer for ICS 2009 Shalini oversaw financial activities and the bank accounts for ICS. She also helped on membership promotions and membership data management. She took the first step towards converting membership data into electronic format and converted majority of 2008 paper forms into electronic database. She also helped on cultural activities and getting sponsorships for ICS. As a long timer ICS member she provided great vision and advices during all events which contributed for taking right directions during overall operations of ICS 2009. |
 | | Director - Republic Day – Neelam Sharma | Neelam joined ICS team to help on one small activity. However over the entire period of ICS 2009 she volunteered for several responsibilities related to cultural programs and contributed in a big way in success of cultural presentations during each event. She worked as Director of Republic Day and managed the cultural program participation in a very detail and prompt way . She repeated the same during the biggest event Diwali and managed the tedious and tiring activity of cultural program participation coordination. She contributed in managing Diwali participation and membership, financial information in a very systematic way which provided a solid base for the success of the event. |
 | | Director - World of Nations – Dipti Modi | As Director for WON, Dipti managed the formalities, paperwork, financial details and vendor details required for this event with a high level of dedication, sophistication and effectiveness. She encouraged a big group of volunteers who in turn put together a wonderful presentation about Indian Culture. Dipti managed the production of 3 documentary movies about Indian Culture and few other presentations. Under her guidance, systematics planning and 4 full days of physical hardship during the event the presence of Indian booth at WON was very professional and neat and also was a big fundraiser for ICS. |
 | | Director – Holi – Priya Doshi | Priya served as Director of Holi. She initially joined the team to work only in one event. However she contributed to ICS 2009 in multiple events in big ways. Priya was invited to lead the Holi Event just a month before the event. Within a very short time she worked with team to put together detail plan in a very systematic and analytical way and lead the event to it's next level. Her detail oriented hardware, research and effective vendor management contributed in making this event full of fun. She also lead the backstage coordination during Independence Day and Diwali event and videography, DVD production during Diwali. |
 | | Food coordinator – Manjula Chandran | Manjual joined the team as director of Diwali but decided to change the role due to her schedule conflict. Manjual was one of the three primary members in food coordination team in ICS 2009. This team delivered an outstanding food coordination this year. She played a major role in managing the food serving for almost all the events. With her 'Editor' experience Manjula also lead the publication of Diwali Booklet and contributed in producing a quality booklet as well as distributing it in a creative fashion. She was part of Diwali decoration team which created an outstanding artwork. She also added Indian classical flavor to cultural programs this year. |
 | | Director Technology – Nitin Deshmukh | Nitin was Director of Technology. Nitin put together the new architecture for ICS website in 2009 . It was his vision which lead to a very flexible architecture which is very well suited for an organization like ICS. He came up with some creative ideas of automation of communications coming to ICS. Nitin also was the primary technical as well as creative brain behind some documentaries as well as presentation produced this year - more specifically the touchy presentation he produced about Bombay Blasts . He also came up with creative ideas about sponsors advertisements. In addition to this Nitin was the key technical person who took care of several backstage coordination activities during all events. |
 | | Director Food Management – Sarika Vyavahare | Sarika served as Director of Food management. Under her leadership the food coordination team and all volunteers delivered outstanding food coordination for all events this year. Sarika managed all aspects - she worked with all food vendors to finalize menu and pricing and negotiated the best possible combination for ICS every single time. She also managed all the procurement related to food coordination. And she also managed the serving as well as cleanup of the food areas. With her own initiative she added some more highlights to this area of the even - for example it was Sarika's initiative to serve the dinner during Independence Day program and Samosa during Diwali. |
 | | Director Volunteering - Nilesh Shinkare | Nilesh managed a very laborious aspect of the events during 2009. He lead the efforts of arranging volunteers to do several different activities on event day. His systematic approach and personal hardwark helped getting more that enough volunteers for every event. It was his consistent presence and supervision under which he always distributed the laborious work very effectively and made it sure that all heavy duty activities starting from day before the event until the cleanup after the event are taken care of. He also put together some creative ideas for volunteers badges which was icing on the cake. |
 | | Director Audion Visuals – Inder Arora | Inder Arora helped as venue coordinator for some time and then managed the audio systems. He was the one who brought his own audio systems during the Independence Day Parade and added rhythm to the parade. He also managing the DJ during Diwali show. Inder also worked closely with Nilesh to do the coordination of volunteers during events. And during all the events managed the very important function - cleanup. As a long times in ICS and having experienced in several ICS committees, Inder provided very thoughtful guidance to important team function this year. |
 | | Director Web development – Pallavi Chakraborty | Pallavi was a key person during the development of the new Website for ICS this year. She came up with some creative designs to make the banner for ICS website. This banner then became 'The New Banner' for ICS this year. She then managed updated for several months. Pallavi also played a critical role during the Team Presentation during Republic Day Event. |
 | | Director Public Relations – Neeta Pubbi | Neeta helped ICS by promoting the organization to several businesses. It was the financial help Neeta brought during Holi and World Of Nations which helped these two events. She helped promoting the membership during Republic Day program and then helped on several sponsorships during Holi and World of Nations program. She initiated a very professional approach for the sponsorship efforts this year. |
 | | Director Independence Day & Venue Management– Rajiv Gupta | Rajiv Gupta joined ICS team as director for Venue management. He also took the responsibility as Director of Independence Day event. Rajiv was very dedicated to making this event a great success. With full devotion and time commitment Rajiv contributed in taking this event to it's new level. He was instrumental in detail planning of venue - which was a very critical factor in success of this event and his effort was also useful in taking ICS to a new possible alternative for bigger ICS events. Rajiv also contributed in inventory management and many other important event activities for all events. |
 | | Director Inventory Management - Shandhyia Gandhi | Shandhya joined ICS Team as Director of Inventory management. She gave entirely new look ICS Inventory management. She developed a very organized physical inventory system and also developed an electronic database to to track the inventory which can be accessed on web. She also worked as a key person for making the Independance day a successful event. She approached different groups to make several activities successful. She also managed the laborious work of all different kinds of trophies and their details and distribution during Diwali and Independence day program. |
 | | VP Events - Vasavi Yeleti | Vasavi brought some very critical idea to ICS 2009 events. She was the brain as well as choreographer behind the idea of the 'Committee Introduction' which was done during Republic Day. She also managed the presentation of Quiz Program. With her creative ideas as well as experience she provided a big help in designing the Holi Event. She also played a major role in financial planning of this event. Vasavi oversaw this event with full of energy and enthusiasm. Vasavi also lead 'India' during the parade in Metropolitan park during World Of Nations and oversaw the dance presentation during WON. |
| | | Director of Sponsorships - Bhairavi Patel | A very detailed oriented and organized work approach by Bhairavi helped ICS to secure financial support during Independence Day program as well as in Diwali. A very professional approach by Bhairavee also helped in building stronger relationships with sponsors. She managed the follow up work with sponsors and all related communication with ICS team members and carried over this sponsorships management from all different aspects involved in this activity. |
